OBIEE Purpose of Usage Tracking Ability
Community DW Integration
Admin
my requirement is, when a business use runs a query,
As admin, I would like to know the query being run by business. I would like not to see the session log from 'Manage Sessions'.
What we noticed, there is a huge time log for the query to appear in usage tracking. is this expected? How can we make it work in quick realtime to appear in usage trackng?
Thanks,

Look into the official documentation of the product. All that is covered in detail, including the parameter that manage that part.
By default Usage Tracking is asynchronous, with a buffer on the BI Server. There are various parameters defining how often UT is inserted into the table, in between these INSERT statements the logs are kept in the buffer.
