Looking out 12 hours from a specified date

Hey everyone, I'm fairly new to Oracle BI and have been racking my brain trying to figure out this problem and am hoping one of you may be able to help me out. I am currently trying to calculate 12 hours worth of work based on work job sizes. For example: If one job has 2 hours worth of work and the following job has 3 hours worth of work, but they are scheduled 8 hours apart, I would still like it to add that to its 12 hours worth of work sum and keep doing so until I hit 12 hours worth of work. Any ideas?
