Is it possible that time taken for execution of report to show on report only?

Actually the requirement is to show the report if it takes less than 10 mins to execute or will display error if it takes more time. This funstionality I will show by using the condition of section using switching between reports. But basically I want to understand that where that conditon need to be applied? on which column.
