Problems exporting obiee reports in excel

Hello, I have a problem exporting excel reports but it only occurs on a user's machine, the error tells that there was a problem when downloading please consult the administrator, the issue is that the obiee configuration parameters have already been modified and In other machines it works, the user has the same permissions as other users that don´t have the problem, do you know if there is any other point that is omitting that can generate this error? Thank you

    What exact version?

    What exact browser?

    What "obiee configuration parameters" have been changed?

    Etc. etc.
