BI Publisher 12.2.1.3.0 Repeating Section issue when save with Data Table

In working with a report Layout editor --- discovered that when adding a Data Table to a Repeating Section and saving and exiting, when re-edit the layout the Data Table is gone. Has anyone else had that issue?
