Please provide useful and pertinent information about your use case and problem. Precise version. Exact platform / OS. Detailed information on log files. Steps executed etc.
Nobody in the forums is sitting in front of your screen and working on your problem, so it's impossible to "magically know" your environment, your setting and how you got to that issue.
