OBIEE12c Schedular not getting up

Hello All,

We are facing problem while bringing up OBIEE schedular. We are facing below error -

We have checked the NQSschedular.log file it seems invalid username/password.

I have tried to change from EM credential, but it is still not working.

Is there any other process need to follow?

version : OBIEE 12.21.1.4

Installed it in Windows Windows Server 2012 R2.

    It would help of you stopped the OBISCH component properly and then post a clean log. Not some fuzzy screenshot which contains almost no information.
