bi_server1 is down

Hi , we are using OBIEE version 12.2.1.4.0 version.

I modified instanceconfig.xml file to import too many records into Excel sheet. After that when I restart the services bi_server1 is down. So I restore the instanceconfig.xml with original file. still no luck. even I have verified all the log files but didn't get any clue.

AdminServer is running good. the only problem with bi_server1. I'm getting below error message while starting the BI services.

    Log files!

    Every single piece/component of OBIEE has logs, lot of logs.

    If the bi_server1 managed server doesn't start, look at that log file (and no need to take a picture of the file on your screen and post it: the log is long and you have to read through to understand what is going on).

    If you messed up your instanceconfig then the obips1 log will have the error.
