Auto retry failed obiee publisher jobs

Team,

We are using obiee 12c and any of your inputs/help on below issue would be great to us.

Issue is: we are using obiee publisher bursting capability to send reports to ftp;

The column we configured for bursting has for suppose 15 values (15 diff reports) is failing with few column values; like only 2 fails with packet length issue where we have to use multiple sftp servers;

If we retry failed ones manually after some time, then it works; so checking is there any way to retry failed jobs programatically(automated) ;
