Oracle Business Intelligence 12.2.1.4.0 Data markers on a chart

Is there a way to place data markers at 90 degrees or separate them from the lines of the chart? In many occasions they are not readable but I have not found that option; I only see the option in the labels of the axes; thanks for your help.

You can rotate the axis labels but you can't rotate the data labels.
