In Maps Report we are seeing an error Unable to download resource files from Oracle Fusion Middleware MapViewer. Please contact your service administrator if this problem persists

Found a support note Doc ID 2401950.1 with similar issue which mentions to redeploy the mapviewer component in weblogic. Followed the steps as mentioned in the support note but still seeing the same issue. Can you please assist in this?

Also on going to Manage Map Data in layer getting error Unable to connect to Mapviewer.
