No Results - The specified criteria didn't result in any data. OTBI

Hi Team,
When I try to see some reports or columns in OTBI Analysis, it will return the error message "No Results. The specified criteria didn't result in any data".
I know that other users in our company can see those reports and columns, and I can see that me and those users have the same roles (BI Publisher Role, Business Intelligence Administrator, Custom BI Administrator Role, Custom ESS Monitor Role) in Security Console.
Could someone please help or let me know what I can do to solve this issue?
