You can download shape file from below location:

http://www.naturalearthdata.com/downloads/110m-cultural-vectors/110m-admin-0-countries/

Import this shape file in mapbuilder create layer using this. this contain all contries information.

Where should we import the file in Map viewer -> admin -> create layer. I am not able to find any "import" option.
