Ability to set default filter view size

Have an option in the filter to set it to open in a predefined size. 

Use Case and Business Need

Sometimes we have an multiple select filter, but default size is so that the values are shown only partially in select pane. If all these values have same start letters, user can't see what to select unless he or she changes filter page size.  Now the user has to change the size of filter select pane always when he uses this filter. This happens to fields which have multiple selectable values and have and values which start with the same prefix. 

More details

Enclosed is a picture of a radio channel filter which and all radio stations start with "Radio Suomi" prefix. Only after that prefix comes the geographical radio station different name part.
