Login failed due to (nQserror 37001) Could not connect to Oracle BI server instance

Hi
Am getting the below error while trying to open the RPD in online mode
Login failed due to (nQserror 37001) Could not connect to Oracle BI server instance
FYI am adding the screenshot of the same.
I have supplied the correct credentials while opening.
I tried following the below posts available in the Oracle forum but still not resolved.
nqsError:37001Could not able to connect to BI server instance.
Please help me out to resolve the issue.

Please help us help you by being precise.
1.) What exact version of OBI are you running?
2.) How is your physical server architecture laid out?
3.) What's the precise version of your Admin Tool?

In addition also attach error logged into nqserver.log when your attempt to login into Online RPD fails

Hi
1.) What exact version of OBI are you running?
OBIEE 11.1.1.9
2.) How is your physical server architecture laid out?
3.) What's the precise version of your Admin Tool?
Version 11.1.1.9.0, Repository version: 349
I have added the screenshot of nqserver.log. For security reasons am not supposed to upload full document.

Were you able to connect previously ? If so was any changes made and afterwards you were not able to connect?

That's not precise. Even the base release was called "11.1.1.9.0" and if you have installed a dot zero version and never patched...well I'd be surprised and a shocked

Great so let's just skip over one of the most important bits of information. Kudos.

Thanks for making us all squint but anyways this looks like a security issue. So as whom are you logging on? What rights does the user have? Which application roles? VAnilla? Custom? If custom - how is your security set up? (See? point 2 actually is important).

This RPD is been configured for different instance of OBIEE 11.1.1.9.0. Now I have used the same RPD into the freshly installed instance of OBIEE 11.1.1.9.0. After that when I tried logging in am getting this error.

Sorry to ask but ... all your OPMN components are up and running? Not that your OBIS is down because of that "new" rpd?

We have not updated with any patches as of now.

Administrator user with valid credentials
What rights does the user have?
Admin
Which application roles? VAnilla? Custom?
Not following this approach

All servers and services are up and running. Report and all components are working fine.
