Is it possible to use excel Macros in OBIEE 12c RPD

Can we use excel macros in OBIEE 12 c RPD ?

If yes please let me know the steps for that.

and:

a) No.

b) If that is a "requirement" then please tell whoever that's doing to stop buying analytics tools and just use Excel already
