    @Thomas,

    I configured the connection with the correct username and password and when I test it it says success.

    Anyway the email is not being sent, even if I looked with a different user.

    In addition to what Thomas Dodds has said, check the bipublisher.log file to see any additional error/warning messages

    @Thomas

    Thank you !!!

    I tried this query and it returned no results.

    So the H means status Held/Waiting.

    Any ideas on how to debug this?

    The xmlp_sched_output has no records.

    Thank you again ,

    Ioanna

     There are no logs, neither in bipublisher.log nor in the bipublisher.out.

    Do you know in which logger should I increase the log level??

    Also ... post a pic of the Report template list ... do you have one marked default?  And is your scheduled job pointing to that specific template as output?

    Hello ,

    I tried and increased the log level, thanks !! So the errors that I am getting are the following:

    Requested layout null not found: Default Layout

      I tried the query but still no results :/

    Do you have any insights of this? I checked the layout but it seems fine.

    It seems that you have a number of errors in the bipublisher log. Can you copy and  paste all the messages from the bipublisher.log (you can download the file from EM)  file with a timestamp close to the report run time.

    You are welcome, just trying to get as much information as possible. Difficult to troubleshoot with bits and pieces of information. Hopefully this gets resolved.

    Hi Ioanna,

    Could you also check that you have no errors in scheduler diagnostics. This is under Administration->System Maintenance->Scheduler Diagnostics
