    Can you try installing microsoft word 2013 instead

    Hi,

    I tried with office-2013 along with BIP desktop 32bit today. I cant see BI Publisher ad-in in word document menu.

    Hi Jay,

    Please use Office-2010 it is compatible for 32bit

    Why use Office 2010?

    I worked on Office 2013 32bit and now with 2019 64 bits and it works on both systems.

    It is working for me on 32 bit MS-Office 2013. I think 32 bit BIP Desktop support any version of 32 bit MS-Office.
