Hi Abhishek,
Thank you for posting about reporting on organization hierarchy.
Please note that we have some out of the box analysis under /shared/Sales/Subject Area Contents/Saved Queries - OTBI under this folder you have some filters created and you can adjust accordingly.
Or you can also create an analysis based on Sales - CRM Resource and retrieve the hierarchy from Employee / Sales Resource Hierarchy folder. For further details about the subject area, please refer the doc https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/sales/22c/faoec/Sales--CRM-Resource-SA-75.html#Sales__CRM_Resource_SA_75_d1e39084

Hi @Priscila Terazawa-Support-Oracle
Thanks for your quick response.
Unfortunately, I don't see any out of box queries in given path: /shared/Sales/Subject Area Contents/Saved Queries - OTBI.. most probably, they are only available with an admin access levels.
Sales - CRM Resource and retrieve the hierarchy from Employee / Sales Resource Hierarchy folder: Apologies, but can I ask you where to look out for this folder, as when i try to look out for 'Sales Hierarchy folder', I am not exactly sure which subject area to look for.
I was using WF Management - Worker Assignment Real Time subject area in my report & would like to add the correct hierarchy fields. The report I am trying to build is a type of HC report.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Regards,
Abhishek

Hi Abhishek,
Apologies for the delay.
The Organization Hierarchy I mentioned is the Sales/Service Organization that you setup in Resource Directory. I checked the mentioned subject area and I don't see it there.
Sorry about that.

Priscila
