I need registration support

I need registration support
I have been unable to complete cloud account registration for the past two months. I have contacted customer service personnel through various channels, but I have never received support by sending emails to Oracle, and every registration cannot be completed in the last step. I also received a deduction notice from the bank, and I called the bank to confirm if it refused to deduct. The bank replied that it did not refuse Oracle's deduction. What should I do

Are you asking about an Oracle Cloud account in general? This is the forum for Oracle Analytics, if your question is generic about Oracle Cloud, you are in the wrong place.
Oracle Cloud has it's own support channels and you should stick to that (a public community forum can't do much to help you in creating for an account if there is a technical or functional reason blocking).

Hello, thank you for your help. I am using a Visa credit card and have confirmed that the relevant region and postal code information of the card are correct. I have registered multiple times and received the same error message (ABC error message). I have also provided multiple feedback through the error page, and it has been almost two months without receiving any response or support. It's really terrible. What else can I do to gain support

Well, not trying to be rude or anything, but stay on the other forum to get support on a generic cloud account issue.
