Oracle Analytics Server is an on-premise product, so you should have a license and a Customer Support Identifier (CSI) to open a service request on

@muneezaniaz , if your employer bought OAS, they should have a valid CSI for it. Ask them to link your profile to their CSI so you can submit a SR.
If you don't have a license for OAS, it means you are just having a look around the product (without a license). In that case you could consider installing it in Linux and see if it does work there. It will exclude a Windows-only bug or maybe confirm a product bug (any platform), knowing that there can still be a user error somewhere as well…

@Gianni Ceresa I am using it without a license, I can try it on Linux and hope that it works.. thankyou you for clarifying, I will get back to you .. if it does not resolve.

@muneezaniaz - see my comment above, the defect is platform agnostic, and specifically related to machine learning. Installing on Linux will not help, you need a patch.

in my Oracle support account I have this patch and it has been approved still got this warning0 -
@muneezaniaz - You cannot. A license provides you with access to software updates, patching, and support.
You may also consider using Oracle Analytics Cloud which is available on a subscription basis, and updated more frequently than Oracle Analytics Server.
If you have a question about your rights and obligations, please contact your Oracle sales representative and/or contact the applicable Oracle License Management Services representative listed on .In your case, it may be as Gianni mentioned
