Email scheduling has been added to DV workbooks as a preview feature; however, this option does not support triggering the job with a condition (e.g. when a key metric falls below a threshold) .
This seems useful!
Agree - similar functionality as Condition defined for agent in Delivers (Classics).
This is a very critical feature that our customers will love to have. Conditional triggering is critical function to alert on outliers, deviation from thresholds and applying appropriate business rules. Can also we be used for date/time-based conditions as well.
That is a great idea, will help to improve on time delivery reporting and trace issues faster.
@BibinKumar Can you expand on use cases of date/time-based conditions? Some examples are helpful.
Excellent idea. I voted. + @Jacques V.-Oracle for awareness.
@Victor H — add few examples from your side.
@Alan Lee-Oracle - We need the functionality that exists in classic, where agent actions can be triggered based on day/time logic, conditionally depends on some SQL logic or business rules based of dataset attributes (for example #KPI value is >= Aggr(#measure) ) etc.
Great feature to be added. Please consider this great idea.
Has there been any update from Oracle? This is the feature we're looking for; we have to go back to the BI agent and do some additional work there before we can send emails to our customers based on certain conditions.
It'll be a great & useful feature to have.

Calculations in the Shared Objects folder and My Calculations should either be sorted alphabetically by default or else allow a right-click sort option. It's harder to find what you are looking for when they are listed in random order.
We want to increase the rest api limit for this payload to incease from current 25 limit to 100. we are calling this api through RF Smart and due to limitation for paging size, the packing units more than 25 does not show up. Can you please increase the limit atleast to 100.…
We have observed a potential issue with dataset refresh schedules when changing the Data Access mode. When a dataset is configured with Automatic Caching, a reload schedule can be defined to refresh the data at specified intervals. However, if the Data Access setting is subsequently changed from Automatic Caching to Live,…
Would like for the old classic BIP bursting feature to be fully Agent aware so that end users no longer need to be concerned with scheduling via the classic console or building out as many BIP reports just to support this one thing.
We have various data sources in Microsoft Fabric and need the ability to build reports in Oracle Analytics Cloud that connect to data sources in Microsoft Fabric. This is an unavoidable reality in today's complex data ecosystems. Microsoft Fabric requires authentication via Microsoft Entra. We opened an SR and Oracle told…
