Unfortunately as others have informed you already, this audit does not exist, i would recommend that you post a new IDEA in the IDEALABS forum on this community to get product management's attention on this.

You can use BIP Audit reports to see which BIP Reports have been executed when and by whom etc.

Similarly you can develop OTBI Reports using 'OTBI Usage Real Time' to see the OTBI Report usage & history.

There is no way to get this information unfortunately.

If you are having only financials , you can try looking on GL_FRC_REPORTS_B table but again it won't give you exactly what you are looking for.
