Learning Report to show the most recent record

I have a request to provide a report that lists the employees and only the most current record of course completion status. Example: employee 1 has four records for course X the most recent record at the course / offering level is in progress. When a run a report today I will get four rows for employee 1

FDI's Oracle Analytics Cloud can use MAX functions as suggested by Bhaskar and then you can combine those with the use of Filters as described here:
