How can we obtain BI Service Administrator role in Oracle Analytics Cloud?

Hi,
Good day! We cannot find a resource in our project that has BI Service Administrator role or anyone that can give us that permission in our OAC test environment.
Hoping that anyone here can give us some advice or suggestions on how we can obtain this role. Thank you in advance!

@Ivony Ann Paula Salango - OAC is integrated with IDCS (Oracle Identity Cloud Service) or OCI IAM (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Identity and Access Management), an IDCS Administrator or OCI Administrator can assign the BI Service Administrator role to you or another user.
