Use a subfield to filter the corresponding parent field
How can I use a subfield to filter the corresponding parent field? For example, if Asia contains Japan and Korea, I want to select Japan while still displaying all information related to Asia.
The goal is to ensure that users who may not realize Japan belongs to Asia can still see all relevant data. I know this can be achieved using two separate filters, but is there a way to make it happen automatically upon selecting Japan? Are there any alternative solutions?

@Robin Wu Can you please upload screenshots showing your requirement?

Sure, let me explain using below figure.
Multiple ITEM_NUMBER may belong to the same GROUP_ID. But GROUP_ID may be just a serial number, and users will not use it for filtering.
So what I want is for users to be able to search for a specific ITEM_NUMBER they are looking for, while the same time, it will also filter out the corresponding GROUP_ID.
Now I can do this by manually select the filter 2 times. But I want to know if there is a way to achieve the with just 1 action.

@Robin Wu Can you please define "Limits Values By" and verify? Please refer

Yes, I've already defined "Limits Values By". It will help restrict the options for the second filter. But it won;t automatically select the option for me.
You can see the second filter is still "All", while the option is already only "G0221". Is there any system setting for this part?
