Currently column widths are fixed when in the Data > Datasets list view and it is not possible to expand to see a full value. This seems like basic functionality which needs to be added here.
Like the other feature request, this one as well should be posted as an idea in https://community.oracle.com/products/oracleanalytics/categories/idealab-oracle-analytics-cloud-server .
If you consider it is a bug instead of a feature request, then you should report it through a service request (SR) in https://support.oracle.com/ .
Oracle has not previously agreed with me that this is a bug, but I have now created an idea. Thanks! https://community.oracle.com/products/oracleanalytics/discussion/26714/make-column-widths-adjustable-in-dataset-list-view/p1?new=1

"work as designed" 😂 I like that one
