This is an excellent enhancement and will prove to be highly valuable. Additionally, Sample reports will be equally valuable.
Thank you very much @Raghavendra Raghunath-Oracle!

Hi, kudos on all these changes—especially the Openings Left to Fill metric, which was very much needed.
At my organization, recruitment leadership also considers roles that are in the current phases 'Offer 'and state -'Accepted,' as well as applications under 'Post-Offer Checks' and 'HR' (excluding rejected or withdrawn candidates). Essentially, any position where an offer has been accepted is treated as filled, and the Openings Left to Fill metric is adjusted accordingly.
How can we make this customizable for our use case?

Hi @Jestin Rajan The subject area provides a daily snapshot of the requisitions and job applications. You can create a custom metric using the seeded metric 'Total Job Applications' with filter on Current Phase In (offer, hr) and state not in (withdrawn, rejected). Give it a try
Thanks

Hi @Raghavendra Raghunath-Oracle
Thank you for the prompt response. Here is the snapshot of the formula I created named ‘Offers Accepted’. Could you please confirm if this looks correct?
In this case, the requisition I filtered has 3 openings, and I can confirm all 3 positions are filled with the current phase and state as HR Processed. However, the formula seems to be dropping the count of offers accepted. Do you think there’s a need to apply aggregation here?
Thanks,
Jestin0
