Email and SMS Alerts Functionality in OAC Canvas.
Hello, We have developed a dashboard having some KPI's in the Workbook Canvas .We need to implement the functionality wherein if the Sales/Revenue crosses a threshold or limit value then an email and SMS Alert is sent to the client. Kindly advise how to implement this…

Hi @Hasan Sd , Thanks for posting your question.
As far as I know, the current scheduling feature in DV workbooks supports periodic delivery (such as daily or weekly) of report content. However it does not currently offer conditional triggers for delivery based on metrics exceeding or falling below specific values.
There is an existing idea for this feature logged in the Idea Lab. I encourage you to upvote it to help increase its visibility, upvotes can help prioritize this enhancement for consideration in future releases.

Dear @Aman Jain-Oracle and @Bhaskar Konar ,our requirement is to send both SMS and Email Alerts to out Clients based on the Threshold conditions from the Workbook Canvas.
Since it looks like that this is in idea Lab ,is there any work-around possible ?Pls advise.

"classic" agents have conditions, therefore the agent will execute fully only when the condition is matched.
You probably can use your DV source and logic to build "classic" agents with the condition. Then the agent will just send a link to the DV workbook you need people to check. SMS aren't a thing, but if you have a mail-to-sms gateway, you can send both email and sms alerts to users.
