Report in OAs 8.2 don't finish loading after report was migrated

Question

A report with a hierarchy does not finish loading, the hierarchy has already been recreated, the logical dimension but it continues not to work, an SR was raised but they indicate that it is necessary to review permissions, recreate the hierarchy but it continues to work, i don't know if this is a bug of the application, the hierarchy is created in RPD admin tool.This report was migrated from Obiee 11.1.1.9 and in this enviroment is functional but not in OAS. 8.2

Hi,

Logs, logs and logs again. It's OAS, you have access to everything. The logs will tell you what happen, where and how long. You can track each piece of the execution till finding at what step the analysis spend time (giving you the impression it doesn't finish loading). You will see queries involved and everything else.

From there, you will know what is going on, and therefore you will be able to adopt solutions or workarounds.

OBIEE 11.1.1.9 is extremely old compared to OAS 8.2, your RPD maybe isn't the best ever and that could lead to very poor performance.
