Strange things happening. The Admin server diagnostic log is showing this error: But the bi_foundation log is showing it's in running mode...

The logs are fine. If I start BI Services using one of the oracle scripts, it works fine, WebLogic comes up fine. it's just when i try to start WebLogic manually.
