Thank you Gurus for your inputs and thoughts. I agree there are serious design issues with the reports, but unfortunately this is what I have been given with. The changes in the analysis every year is related to year (2018 and 2017) and not in design. Anyways I will work on date prompt now rather than manually changing it…

Thanks for the response. Is there any way to make all the 2018 dashboard to point to 2018 analysis which is present in the same folder. Else I will have to edit each dashboard interface and make it point to new analysis which is tedious.
