I managed to get hold of BIAPPS 7.9.6.3 implementation and found that he requested quantity is not connected in the SIL part. This means that the column requested quantity was connected manually for the reporting purpose, but this link disappeared as we upgraded the BIAPPS.

Thanks Thomas and Gianni. I have analysed with netstat that the request is sent from the port 6014. The state of the request is SYN-SENT and after some attempts this entry in the netstat disappears and the connection fail message appears.
