This is a very interesting idea. I am not sure I am following you though. Can you provide more detail as to what you are seeing in OTBI? The bug mentioned is associated to seeing all of the Business Units in the prompt or List of values in the report, not the fact that the user sees Data associated to the Business Units…

The only other way to ensure there is no way to change a report after creation is to enable it as a privilege and add it to a custom role. The user can run it as a scheduled process and the report cannot be changed.. It is tedious and if the report needs changing ever, a new report (new privilege) needs to be created. Not…
