Hi Momen, Can you please check show hidden folder under /Custom and see if they folder structure /Custom/Purchasing already exists? Second, you mentioned you are able to access Purchasing folder, is it under /Custom or /Shared ? You need to make sure that your user has access to /Custom/Purchasing folder. Thanks.
