Suggestion for work around: use an Expression Filter. Country IN ('Argentina', 'Armenia', 'Australia') caveat: your users will need to learn the correct syntax. Single quotes, parenthesis, etc. HTH? Marcelo

@andrefecteau , Thanks for the clarification. Gossip: I have not found hwo to do this in DV (yet?), but if you care for "classic home", then there is a way to "manage theme", on the Administration page. In there you can change a few things to make your DEV environment catch the eye. Including the logo. I prepared a fake…

Excuse me, is this for Oracle Analytics Cloud ? An URL like: https <yourinstance> <dot> analytics<dot>ocp<dot>oraclecloud.com/ui/dv or rather related to Oracle cloud Applcation Services ? THANK YOU

Hello Alan, Thank you! I had not tried a filter expression using a Repository Variable. Now I have, and it worked. I also tried to use a Session variable, but I could not find the proper syntax. Tried to use VALUEOF(NQ_SESSION."variablename") and @{NQ_SESSION.variablename} without luck. I could not find references to this…

I wish we could take it a little farther. I would like to have full customization control over the page. I wish Oracle exposed a full API (REST or otherwise), opening possibilities for OAC admins and developers to: * integrate OAC with our own enterpise applications, * Customize all visual aspects of the pages being…

This would be a very useful feature. We used to have this capability when we were on-premise and we lost it.
-
Hello, I may be missing something. Is'nt that functioanlity covered by the "View Selector" view? HTH, Marcelo

Thanks for the suggestion. In our environment, 'evaluate' has been forbidden, due to security concerns. ( The Security Office decided this function could lead to injection ) Only as a side comment ... note that for MS Sql Server users the evalute() would not work, AFAIK, since MS Sql Server does not offer this…

That would be useful.
-
this would be very welcomed. We used to have the ability to SEE who else received e-mails while we were on-prem, and we lost the feature when we transitioned to OAC.
-
this will be very welcomed. thanks.
-
We would appreciate this feature

Please consider putting effort in letting admins decide if those are shown or not, instead of forcing us to report individual examples! We are wasting resources because of this. Time, effort, etc. We have other priorities to attend. Please; reconsider. Thank you fir letting us share our opinions with other oracle customers…

The request is to let customers decide if they see them or not. Instead of imposing a feature. Please consider that what you see as “whimsical” others may perceive as non professional, may consider them bad taste, may consider them a poor attempt at humour, may ser them as out of place. In our particular case, we need to…

Thanks for the comments Our company uses lots of folders and subfolders. I realize this approach helped us to avoid reaching 300 catalog objects per folder. I also hear you about the promotion dev -> test -> prod. Tricky. Hope Oracle fulfills your request. Marcelo
-
Had not noticed this likely because we do not have that many objects altogether in one folder, but it sdouns like an important limitation. Have you experienced limitations with the name lenght of an object? Kind regards, Marcelo Finkielsztein

Hello, Does that integration allow us to configure an OAC Agent to save the results of an analysis into Google drive? ( v.g. Export them as Excel) If so, could you please provide a link to an example ? Thank you. Marcelo

Hi. As far as I know, the Server Script option does not even exist for OAC. Am I missing something? Marcelo

ref: make s_nq_ tables available to a OAC customer with... . Ideas (519) . Idea Lab – Oracle Analytics Cloud and Server . Idea Center . Oracle Cloud Customer Connect ref: Idea number: dba7f5af98

Hello, You may have noticed this already. Agents in OAC send e-mails as "bcc". There is no way to flag recipients as "To:" or as "cc". They are all "bcc". In our case, we would appreciate the ability to show *who else* is receiving the e-mail. Regards, Marcelo Finkielsztein
