@Lalitha Venkataraman-Oracle Not a good message for us, on-prem OAS customers. As proofed many times, priorities in Product direction are somewhere else. I don't like that, to be honest.

I would add following to this Idea (which I already voted for some time ago): Allow integration of AI Assistant (+ potential other AI features implemented in OAS) with internal running LLM (via Open AI Compatible API).

In this case log SR with Oracle support - I don't have any smarter advise for you - it will require detailed exploration/troubleshooting within your OBIEE 11.1.1.9 environment (btw pretty obsolete one…). Michal

I remember when performing in-place upgrade to OAS 2024, we encountered same errors, which has been caused by "obsolete" config stuff in instanceconfig.xml in <Alerts> section- which needs to be removed - exactly as @RVohra has pointed above with reference to note, which gives you a guidance.
