I totally agree with you Christian. Thank you for your support. Best regards.

I tried everything guys thank you so much. I finally found the error. It was the RPD published, it was wrong. We changed the rpd and each component started up fine. THANK YOU @Sherry George@Christian Berg

So, you advice that delete the component that does not initiate and then register it again?
-
How can I do that ? reregistering and deregistering it?
-
Yes, that's the question. Why are the other components working well?? In my opmn.log got this when I try to do ./opmnctl startproc ias-component coreapplication_obis1: -04:00] [opmn] [ERROR:1] [] [libopmncustom] Process Ping Failed: coreapplication_obis1~OracleBIServerComponent~coreapplication_obis1~1 (257231713:9041)…

That's a good option. I will see if there are backups of the environment. I got this error <Error> <oracle.as.management.mbeans.opmn>, it looks like a java error.
-
Christian, we don't know if something has changed, may be a variable, but we don't know which one. I have already bounced the whole env again, but it didn't work.
-
Sherry. We don't know if something was changed, but when we checked the env, the variable JAVA_HOME had not been setted. We have already tried to stopall and startall from opmnctl.
-
Yes, it was working fine. I have this error: MessageError in starting component: oracle instance: instance1, component: coreapplication_obis1Supplemental Detailoracle.bi.management.adminservices.opmn.ProcessControlException: Operation Failed: start; OracleInstance: instance1; Component: coreapplication_obis1; msg: Failed…

I review the oracle services in the machine and delete manually some services that were running incorrectly then re run the installer again and it worked.

Thank you Gianni Ceresa. I created a new RPD and checked the "fully qualified name" checkbox and finally it works perfectly without synonyms. FYI, my db source is Oracle 11g (11.2.0.4). THANK YOU!! USEFUL SUPPORT. Best regards,

Gianni Ceresa Thank you for your help again. I already checked the checkbox "checkbox to use fully qualified names" and I still have the same error, BUT as I said befeore, the user that I am using is not the owner of the table so, if I connect to source through sqlplus with this user I have to use schema.table_name to be…

Sherry George thank you for your help. 1. Perform a tnsping to the database from the machine from which you are opening the admintool. R.- I performed a tnsping to the database succesfully. 2. Connect using sqlplus/sql developer with the same user as in the connection pool and query the tables in question. R.- I validated…

Gianni Ceresa, thank you for your help. The user that I am using is not the owner, but it has the right privileges.
-
Even, I tried to connect as system and I got the same error. May be the problem is that my machine running the Admin tool doesn't have the right / sufficient credentials to connect to my source. Thank you for your help Mr. Christian Berg, if you know what credentials need my machine please let me know.
-
Hi Pedro F. thank you so much for your help. I checked again if the user of my connection pool has right privileges and if objects exists, but everythin is ok. The user has granted the correct permissions and the objetcs does exists.

Yes, you're right, I am in offline mode. About the credentials of the machine, I put down the source's firewalls. Which other credentials does the machine, where Admin Tool is running, need?
