@gpurohit , Welcome to the Oracle Analytics! DBMS_CRYPTO cannot be used from BI Publisher in Fusion SaaS and Oracle will not grant EXECUTE via SR because it is governed by strict security certifications (SOC, ISO, etc.). Hope it helps!
