@Bret Grinslade - Oracle Analytics-Oracle Biggest disadvantage of parameters bounding is Limitation of values available. If we bound the parameters, by default it selects few values. There is no option of select "All".

I vote for it. Current process is painful. Create Filters for each canvas is painful. Sometimes back OAC product owners suggest using parameters. I saw lot of limitations in it. May be workaround for couple of filters for not more.

@Avinash Krishnaram-Oracle As per internal feedback received, I would prefer default is Original State or Custom state.

Thanks @Alex Rubin-Oracle for quick reply. Unfortunately I can’t remove the duplicates . Spreadsheet is just example and dataset is SA and it will have multiple duplicate ids. I need to calculate the average based on users and based on iterations and few other Columns as well.

@LukePa You can hide canvas in present view mode. Bottom , select the canvas , right mouse button - Hide Canvas

@Avinash Krishnaram-Oracle It is bug. I will raise the SR for it. Also one more bug related to it. In the same pivot table, If any column value is empty, data action click is not working. If columns has values, it is working. I will raise SR for this also.

@Gabby Rubin-Oracle Creating new parameters from user is not recommending. But user should allow to use apply existing parameters in filters.
