Senthirajan, It looks this question was answered in the SR. Please refer to Doc ID 2576778.1. A doc bug has also been raised to add more details in the documentation.

Senthirajan, This option does not allow for creation of custom PVO's/Data stores(BIVOs) from SaaS Tables. BIVOs have to be first created in Fusion and then enabled for extraction in BICC.

Janardhan: The document posted is incorrect. A custom subject area must to be created before adding the VO as a custom data store.
