Do you have the "BI Publisher" menu available/visible in Word? If yes, are any of the options working? Do you get the below Word dialog after double clicking on the field? If nothing is working, try the "Enable or Disable Template Builder" program. It does no harm other than enabling it if disabled. Hope it works for you.
