There was a method using scripts in OAC Classic (How To Create Scheduled Backups in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Doc ID 2368672.1), but I need to understand how can we do it in latest version of OAC.

The issue is fixed after changing the DNS entry. Issue occurred because of a bug in OAC platform. Whenever any keywords like oraclecloud, OCI etc in SMTP server FQDN then BIP requires STARTTL security and certificate. Customer's SMTP was managing security and does not have any certificate or security thus this issue arose.

Thanks for your reply Adam. The requirement is to send the email to Business Users marking their Supervisors/Senior Management in CC along with a few stakeholders in BCC. This requirement is for a leading bank in India. As of now, we're using BIP to cater to the same.

Any idea, how to expedite this?
