Thank you Daniel but this is still not sufficient since we need to calculate the adjusted gender pay gap formula, that's why we need multiple linear regression
-
Hi @Daniel Ryan , we are trying to see how compensation changes between men and women given parameters like age, seniority, performance and so on. Do you have some example/tutorial for what you are mentioning? Thanks
-
Thank you @Silvio Garber-Oracle , it was an interesting reading :)

I had a different experience in the past for which I opened an SR. In the end I was told that Core HR data shows history only if one of the column of the chart is a FACT (like Turnover), that's why

Problem is that my raw data are written up above in the question.. there are no sums :(
-
Hi @Vasudha_Oracle-Oracle , this is the result:
-
The correct formula seems to be the following, I didn't realise it could take more than 1 parameter :) AGGREGATE(Avg("FTE") BY "Person Number", "Year")
-
Hi @Raghavendra Raghunath-Oracle , For every Year and for every Person I need to perform the average. Let's say PN_1 has FTE = 1 for 11 months and FTE = 0.5 for 1 month, I need (1*11+0.5*1)/12=0.96 Following year PN_1 may have 0.5 for 5 months and 1 for 7months so I need (0.5*5+1*7)/12=0.79 On the other hand PN_2 may have…

Hi @Bhaskar Konar , your link and sublinks seem not to answer my question. If csv is not deleted/moved automatically after reading it am I supposed to daily overwrite it to get new data?
-
Hi, thank you for the link, it is helpful someway but I need an integration to daily import a file from a shared folder. The video is about manual importing
-
I needed to include a Fact to see historic data
-
I missed it :)

Administration Console > Enable Features > SFTP Also it is necessary to open SR to ask for connectivity to the specific server
-
I tried to follow instructions for a generic SFTP server from here: https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/analytics-for-applications/doc/load-data-from-sftp-source-into-fusion-data-intelligence-preview.html but unfortunately I have a different view: Why?
-
Hi @JohnW-Oracle , you probably missed the last rows of the message: For instance person 2333 has only 1 assignment so I expect to count 1. He was also terminated once but the "Assignment Status Type Code" = 'ACTIVE' filter should exclude the record. What else could be the cause? Do you have any clue? Thank you very much

I opened an SR, this is the reply: Hi Team, Please let us know the OAC CPU size limit of your instance to confirm the below. See following blogs: New Oracle Analytics AI Assistant https://community.oracle.com/products/oracleanalytics/discussion/22978/new-oracle-analytics-ai-assistant/p1…

I have both FAW Admin role and Line Manager role, by removing the latter I solved the issue :)

Note: we already activated all these flags:

Hi @Benjamin Arnulf-Oracle , so this tool is available in FDI too, correct?
-
Hi @Volodymyr Faranosov , your documents are very interesting but I'm not very familiar with this kind of topic and I didn't recognised where should I enter the path of my report (in my example Shared%20Folders/Custom/Human%20Capital%20Management/Integrazioni/Job_Report)
