I havent done a grpah yet. But the issue i am facing is that i want to count the number of pending approvals against a requst number and put it in a performance tile. Since some requests have more than 1 pending approvals, the request is counted multiple times instead of just one.

Yes thats is correct. A request number can be associated with multiple categories.

Thank you @Bhaskar Konar it work if i remove that column. But what if i dont want to remove the column category name. How to resolve it then? I want to create a graph for the supplier per category as well.
