if feasible then team should work on pop up message when any movement of file/folder take place or any email notification when any movement of folder/file take place especially in production instance

You can give them two prompt Start date and End Date so that user will have the feasibility to select start and end period 

They wouldn't allow the same because same RPD is used across the world / across the project account 

if the size is increasing then can you send the files in chucks ( applying the filter )
