One more thing to mention here.. Oracle Home will be your Oracle_BI1 only. That is correct. But the instance here it's showing instance2.. Are you having 2 instances on the machine or only one? check in C:\OBIEE119\instances folder whether your are having instance1 folder. Thanks, Yaswanth
