Asking community to help. We have an SR on Oracle support for 40 days now and they dont know what is causing this. Has anyone seen such behavior? We are basically stuck with report development because the formatting is not inherited in next rtf template.

I removed mapping. I can`t pick custom fonts from the list I can`t load Arial either

Thanks, will try. I use standard Arial in RTF. Is there any other font I should use for BI ? We picked Arial because this is default font rtf template is created in, but tbh I can change it to something else while modyfing rtf in Word (to avoid any font mapping)

Hi Well, I did the font mapping and it works for existing RTF template, but when I download that template and upload, even without changes, it doesnt work anymore (but it works for un-change report).
