We have the same problem. Our developers just reported it today. The last time they used it successfully was July 17. I'm wondering if some windows updates broke it. We are at version 12.2.1.2, too. windows version: 2007 and 2010 Have you figured out what is wrong? Thanks

Administration tab shows 12.2.1.2. The login page shows 12.2.1.2, too. Oracle support asked me to check component versions in WebLogic console and fusion middleware console. I just tried the upgrade from 12.2.1.2 to 12.2.1.4 and had the same problem. Every upgrade step finished successfully, but the system is still 12.2.1.2. Have you found the problem? I opened a service request, but the engineer is not very helpful.

I'm having a similar problem. I upgraded our BI Publisher system from 12.2.1.2 to 12.2.1.4. Every upgrade step finished successfully. But when I brought up the system, the system was still at version 12.2.1.2. I verified by checking new features delivered in 12.2.1.3 and 12.2.1.4. And I did not see any of the new features.…
