how to add multiple headers in a report

I need to show my report data in the format as above.In this F1 to F6 represent columns.
Heade1 , Header2 , Header3 are headers
I have achieved till Header 2 col but i need one more header on above of it.Can anyone help.

A product name and version would help, and also any other detail about what you have done so far because we can't see your screen...
